The Early Warning Report™
The official newsletter of Stop Project Killers
The Early Warning Report is more than a newsletter. It is a weekly diagnostic that helps project managers, PMO leaders, sponsors, and executives develop the judgment to identify emerging risks before they become costly failures.
Each issue takes about three minutes to read and introduces you to a new warning sign—helping you understand what it usually means, why it matters, and how to respond if it appears on one of your projects.
Build the habit of recognizing risk earlier—and make better project decisions before small issues become major setbacks.
